    Sales Negotiator

    Hours:
    Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18: in 2 Saturday's (09:00 - 13:00)

    Thompson & Terry Recruitment are working with a well-established Estate Agent, who have outstanding staff longevity and a track record for genuine progression, to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their Central Oxford branch.

    As Sales Negotiator you will be responsible for handling new enquiries, conducting viewings and negotiating sales in Central Oxford and the surrounding areas to deliver a truly unique service from start to finish.

    The successful Sales Negotiator will be a real team player but also driven to achieve sales whilst providing a truly special level of customer service to every buyer and seller alike.

    This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are genuinely keen to build a long-term career within a successful team, but also super ambitious to do more than 'another estate agency' job.

    Our client are a well-known independent business with modern offices across Oxfordshire, who have an excellent reputation which is evidenced by numerous awards and truly world-class sales, marketing and service.

    We have worked with this business since our doors opened almost 10 years ago, with all our early hires having progressed to senior leadership positions and remaining with the company.

    Full UK driving licence, with own car
