- Conduct comprehensive therapy assessments and interventions independently
- Work with a variety of clinical areas and manage complex cases
- Support the multidisciplinary team and act as a team lead when necessary
- Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy
- CPD evidenced in a portfolio, including recent relevant postgraduate courses
- Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
- Special clinical interest in Physiotherapy
- Clinical experience in relevant specialties on an inpatient and/or community basis
- Contributing to professional development and clinical education
- Experience in rehabilitation, social services, and community-based work
- Knowledge of statutory and voluntary community services and agencies
- Experience in ICT
- Understanding of Clinical Governance and legal responsibilities
- Ability to keep accurate patient notes and assess risks
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Car Driver License

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist, you will deliver acute and community-based therapy assessments and interventions within the Admission Avoidance and Discharge Service (AADS).
This role, based at Mile End Hospital in the borough of Tower Hamlets, is part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to facilitating early discharge and preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
