- Experience via retail or warehousing and logistics would be of particular interest whether end user or distribution focused as would individuals who have exposure of selling related products such as plastic container's, boxes or pallets. Given the nature of the role in terms of the operational and t5echnical aspects an individual with a strong background in pallets from a non sales environment may also be considered. There is a preference for an individual to be based close to the head office in the East Midlands though this is by no means essential.
