- Create cases for chargebacks from inbounds and work closely with the Service Team
- Dispatch trailers to customers, deliveries and pick-ups as required
- Open and close rentals and leases
- Answer and follow-up on all telephone inquiries from customers/sales/operations team regarding trailer inventory and receive orders
- Open and close of Work Orders. Request purchase orders on customer chargebacks
- Update out of service status, physical characteristics, trailer conditions, tire depths, etc
- Send parts orders and packing slips
- Fluent in Canadian French and English
- Knowledge of trailer/transportation industry
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
