    Description

    Robert Walters are pleased to be working with a highly acquisitive and fast moving organisation based in Woking, who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis.

    Having recently gone through period of acquisition, this role will support the integration of accounting processes and act as a key liaison for this and future acquisitions.


    Key responsibilities:

    • Preparation of monthly management accounts, including full P&L/balance sheet, variance and commentary.
    • Act as the key financial liaison for newly acquired businesses, supporting with systems integrations in X3.
    • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for acquired entities and this business unit.
    • Assist with business unit year end audit process.
    • Raise sales invoices, prepare cash flow forecasts, perform investment analysis and agree group monthly recharges.
    • Prepare VAT returns as part of group wide submission process

    Experience and qualifications:

    • Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
    • Proven experience within a fast paced Management Accounting position.
    • Any experience with acquisition integration would be beneficial, although not essential.
    • Self starter, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team

    Other:

    • £45,000 - £50,000 salary plus corporate benefits.
