- Triage, process referrals.
- Deliver, install, setup and demonstrate Technology Enabled Care in a timely manner in line with NRS Process and procedure.
- Monitor the Device Management Portals daily for any inactivity.
- Communicate any safeguarding issues.
- Supervise the process for carrying out reviews of pilot service users to ensure that the right level of support is being provided and personal outcomes measured.
- Become an expert source of knowledge in a range of TEC services and products and use so that people get the best solutions to support them. Use this knowledge to support other team members.
- Documentation of service user notes will be completed to a high standard using the NRS case management system.
- Responding to telephone or email queries from prescribers and commissioners and providing advice regarding equipment available on the pilot
- Assessment of customers by telephone using a standardised format for those who have been referred to the pilot.
- Provide regular case studies showcasing the work.
- Actively participate in professional supervision for personal development, service user safety and quality assurance purposes.
- Driving safely and efficiently to undertake required activities, following the driver's handbook.
- Clearly record outcomes of intervention in line so that the success, or otherwise, of projects is measurable, both in terms of service user and carer satisfaction as well as financial efficiencies.
- Attend or lead meetings as and when required
- Participate in NRS Healthcare's appraisal and supervision processes
- Fully compliant with all relevant mandatory training as and when required.
- Participate in service development and training as required.

This role will be based at our Service Centre in Aylesbury, you will be working with, and supported by, our qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) remotely, and Operational Manager's on site. You will be part of a team of Care Technology Consultants (CTC's), Triage Officers. The role will include best practice and understanding the application of innovative technology supporting the best personal outcomes for our customers.
The role will involve supporting the TEC Team by processing referrals, assessing people at their homes, helping to train prescribers in Buckinghamshire on the best use of equipment, supporting people with advice and information on the technology available to them amongst many other developing roles.
