- Analyse data from a variety of sources to draw out key insights and recommendations.
- Create compelling data visualisations and dashboards to communicate findings to clients.
- Collect, clean and integrate data from a variety of sources, helping to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Contribute to the development of standardised templates and frameworks to make common data analysis and visualisation tasks more efficient and scalable.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, both within the practice and with other internal teams.
- Data analysis: proficiency in cleaning, reshaping and analysing complex datasets using R or Python. Knowledge of relational database systems and in writing SQL queries is an advantage.
- Statical analysis: good understanding of core statistical concepts and techniques such as probability theory, descriptive vs inferential statistics, and basic regression methods.
- Data visualisation: ability to create informative and visually appealing charts and dashboards with experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI or R/Python frameworks such as R Shiny, Dash, Streamlit is an advantage.
- Commnication: strong communication skills and in particular the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-experts.
