Service Reception Manager - Front of House

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customerservice in a fast-paced automotive environment? Croxdale Group Durham, aleading automotive group representing esteemed brands within Stellantis, MGMotor UK, and Mitsubishi Motors UK, is seeking a dedicated Service ReceptionManager to lead our Front of House team at our Stellantis Aftersales Operationin Durham.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional tomanage and develop our Front of House operation, ensuring the highest standardsof customer experience while achieving financial and operational objectives.

Service Reception Manager - Front of House

Lead, coach, and develop the Front of House team to achieve excellence in performance and customer service.

Support the team during peak periods, demonstrating best practices and ensuring optimal resource management.
Conduct regular performance reviews, team meetings, and 11 sessions to motivate and drive positive behaviours.
Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager to develop and implement customer and colleague journey strategies.
Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring fair resolutions and implementing preventive measures.
Ensure accurate data collection and adherence to consumer legislation and trade practices.

Valid driving license free from excessive penalties.
