Part time positions may be worked together to give one full time position.
Pay Salary £27,000 to £30,200 pa [pro rata] and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
On call shift payment of £14.As our Senior Client Services Manager, you'll be able to work flexibly across services, leading our teams to deliver person-centred housing related support for our customers.
Our services provide accommodation to customers aged 16–35 who are either homeless or at risk of homelessness.You'll manage a team who will provide the support required for customers to develop the skills needed to live independently in the community.
Typical day as a Senior Client Service ManagerLeading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high-quality, person-centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately.Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person-centred service.
Supporting your Operations Manager, (OM), to ensure we meet all the Ofsted Supported Accommodation Regulatory Standards and its Outcomes.

You will be working as part of the Durham Accommodation Management team, led by Isobel Henderson.

Usual working hours are Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00. However, a flexible working pattern can be discussed at interview, with the possibility of occasionally working from home.Basic knowledge/aptitude of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
