    You could soon be using your Business and commercial skills working with internal and external customers including, some of the largest energy companies globally. The scheme provides training and skills to many areas of the business. Including contracts, Finance reporting, Business Partnering, Cost estimating.

    This wider business perspective will not only allow for a varied commercial career in SLB but also act as a gateway to other departments.

    After you have completed the programme, you will be ready to start your role within the Finance and Commercial teams at Leeds or potentially internationally to build and develop your career with us.

    Your Training

    Over the duration of the programme you will gain exposure and knowledge of our Finance and Commercial Functions based predominantly here in Leeds which provides Global and Regional Support to the business. This includes.

    • Business Partnering
    • Project Tendering
    • Contract Review
    • Customer Negotiations
    • Data Analytics
    • Price Analysis
    • Cost Estimating

    Your Entry Requirements

    Working collaboratively with colleagues you must have integrity, resilience, energy, and a clear focus on results. You will also need the following:

    ● A minimum 2:2 Degree in a relevant Business or Finance Degree or similar

    ● The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products
