    Description

    Job Title: Business Consultant

    Location: London or Birmingham (Hybrid Working)

    Salary: £70,000 - £75,000

    Chapman Tate are working alongside a leading Wealth Management company who are a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management solutions, dedicated to helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals. With a team of seasoned professionals and a commitment to excellence, they offer tailored strategies and personalized advice to their clients, ensuring their financial success and security.

    They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant to join the team. As a Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and advisory services to clients, helping them optimize their business operations and achieve sustainable growth.

    There is also a requirement for the successful candidate to have had experience in data mapping, both back to front and front to back, for PMS applications. Additional responsibilities include, but not restricted to, training (internal and external) and supporting staff, handling client issues and monitoring customer adoption and satisfaction and report on it to the management.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Work closely with new and existing clients.
    • Suitably experienced in understanding new, and enhancements to existing, business requirements and also provide consultancy services for the implementation of new functionality.
    • Need to be experienced in examining and analysing functional issues and be able to discuss, explain and implement changes to existing business models.
    • Experienced in working with development and functional teams to design new solutions.

    Required Skills:

    • At least 5-7 years of professional experience.
    • Experience in managing projects focused on digital solutions, processes and/or digital products and understanding of the software development lifecycle.
    • Knowledge of the wealth/investment management business from a front office perspective.
    • Knowledge of the PMS application would be hugely beneficial however knowledge of other portfolio management applications would also be beneficial.
    • Business Analysis skills and experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Eager to travel on a regular basis outside your home country when required.
