- NEC (Northgate) experience (other HMS systems like Orchard etc may be accepted)

- Provide technical support and training to staff members on the effective use of the NEC (Northgate) system.

- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in housing management systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.
- Extensive experience working with NEC (Northgate) housing management systems is essential.
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform system configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in IT, housing management, or a related field are preferred.
