    Roles and Responsibilities

    Please note training will be provided to the successful applicant.

    • Cross-border registration of funds (preparation and filing of notifications for both UCITS and AIFs).
    • Advising clients on requirements for registration of funds.
    • Preparing country supplements and any additional documentation required for fund registrations.
    • Filing of updated fund documents with regulators and ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met.
    • Onboarding new clients
    • Maintaining internal database and trackers
    • Assist with IT projects, in particular manage the relevant parts of the firm's SharePoint site and the firm's online fund registration and governance tool (Zeidler Swift);
    • Create reports for our clients and their dedicated committees.
    • Assist clients with audit or regulatory reviews when the information shared is extracted from the Zeidler platform.
    • Liaise and communicate with various stakeholders including our internationally based clients, our translation team, international services providers, and financial regulators.

    • You are client and service focused.

    • You may have a background in legal/financial services or asset management.
    • You may be able to speak another language besides English.
    • You will want to work with clients and have a friendly and professional communication style;
