    We are looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join our small customer focused team at Barnstaple Station.

    You will be required to sell a full range of tickets, assist customers with their journey plans and explore upselling opportunities during sales.

    Providing the highest level of customer service and being proactive to customer needs
    Accurately and impartially selling the full range of products and services to our customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
    Maximising opportunities for increased sales at ticket offices by adopting selling techniques and offering enhanced products to customers
    Able to deliver exceptional front line customer service
    Barnstaple is a small but busy station based on the outskirts of the town centre. An hourly train service into Exeter runs Monday to Sunday. Local buses stop just outside the front of the station .
    40 including weekends and bank holiday.
    The successful candidate will be required to meet the medical standards for the role.
