- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing role profiles, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Ensure that prospective staff have the right to work at the organisation.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Provide advice to management on employee relations and management issues.
- Monitor and support training for the organisation, including new staff inductions.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or other HR position.
- Knowledge of HR functions (maintaining the HR system, pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of basic employment law and disciplinary procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
- Strong ethics and reliability.
- Fully or part CIPD qualified or relevant experience.
