- Develop and apply project management tools & techniques to facilitate the ontime delivery of projects
- Support the company's New Product Introduction process and other Project support activities.
- Develop a standard project management methodology to primarily support the delivery of NPI projects
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitate project delivery against agreed scope
- Create and maintain relevant project plans and documentation to ensure project progress is understood and team members are aware of project delivery requirements and responsibilities.
- Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule & costs (as applicable).
- Make sure quality standards are met
- Engineering qualification (degree qualified or of graduate calibre)
- Experience working within a technical or engineering NPI environment with knowledge of electronics / electromechanical products
- Experience of working within a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
- Preferred:
- Experience of working with electronic products within the automotive supply chain
- Formal Project management training (Prince 2, APMP, PMP)
