    Overview

    Our fabulous client, based near Coventry, are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant. The business is modern, forward thinking and they provide a creative working environment. It is a fantastic position that will allow the right candidate to expand their knowledge and take ownership of processesGiven the values of the company, this role is geared towards an individual with charisma and drive. Within the role there is a focus on communication with clients, suppliers and vendors as well as providing support internally. The role will entail aspects from the Purchase Ledger and the Sales Ledger therefore our client is looking for an individual with experience in a similar role so that they can hit the ground running within the position

    Skills required:
    • Be AAT qualified or hold a relevant degree such as Accounting & Finance, Business or Economics
    • The candidate will be expected to have a motivated mind-set and positive personality in order to fit in with the wider team
    • Given the responsibilities within the role, the ability to follow initiative and work independently is essential
    • Strong communication skills are vital as the role does revolve around liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels of the business
