Real Life Options has been supporting people with learning disabilities and autism since 1992 to have more choice and greater control in their lives, enabling individuals to achieve their potential.
In Beechwood- Cupar Area North East Fife Supported Living Services we help people with autism specific/ learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, both physical and mentally.
And we are looking for a Shift Leader to help our servicesParticipating in managing the staff rota when on shift, dealing with staffing issues and ensuring appropriate levels of staffing are in place to meet the requirements of the service
Allocating time per month off-rota time to complete administrative tasks
Assisting with 1-2-1's/Performance Management along with the Team Coordinator and Service Manager
Day to day rota management/cover
Ensuring that notifications of concerns, practice issues complaints / e.g. Adult Support and Protection (ASP) are reported/forwarded to Team Coordinator/Manager
Shifts include working days, evenings and weekends
An enhanced Adult PVG is required for this role. Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be provided.
A minimum of 28-days paid holiday a year, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
