- Ensure the delivery of robust RFx documents, tailored demos, and impactful POCs by working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Create business cases, ROI assessments, and other value-driven metrics following UiPath methodologies.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement, including in-person meetings, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct workshops, business reviews, provide coaching, and proactively offer solutions to common customer challenges.
- Participate in product release cycles to promote new features and offer internal feedback on the product roadmap.
- Identify and explore new applications of UiPath that drive adoption and align with customers' strategic objectives.
- Guide customers through the buying journey to cultivate advocates within their organizations.
- Collaborate closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into innovative solutions for customers.
- Engage proactively with the Presales team and internal stakeholders to develop sharable knowledge content across the organization.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently to navigate the sales cycle successfully.
- Juggle multiple opportunities effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Consistently log customer interactions in UiPath's system to support the sales process.
- Stay informed about technology trends, industry developments, and changes within the Presales community.
- Take an innovative approach to solution design.
- Prior experience in a client-facing, account management, or strategic consulting role.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a knack for inspiring customer loyalty and adoption through creative ideas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a track record of building strong internal and external relationships.
- Exhibit diplomacy, tact, and composure under pressure when addressing customer concerns.
- Team player with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
