    Description

    Role Overview

    The main aim of this position is to collaborate with the account teams in ensuring the achievement of the clients' business goals both strategically and financially. Utilizing expertise to create innovative tactical and strategic plans that are closely tailored to client requirements.

    • Takes final responsibility for the overall output from their group
    • Responsible for handling issues internally and externally
    • Sets a professional example & work ethic for their group
    • Progresses individuals through mentoring/performance management, particularly to the PMW level by imparting technical and non-technical skills
    • Engages in new business development, directly through pitching and indirectly by offering scientific background and strategy

    Acts as a reliable and rational voice, a source of stability for colleagues and clients. Must possess significant Medical Writing experience acquired within a Healthcare Agency environment. Applies sound business judgment in the best interests of the agency & clients. Demonstrates an expert understanding of med comms and the healthcare industry, sharing opinions internally and externally. Shows a history of anticipating potential issues and proactively addressing them.
