    We're seeking a full-time Manager, Credit Risk to supercharge our counterparty and risk function. Your main responsibility is to take ownership of the underwriting process and credit assessment framework.

    Analyze financials of borrowers.
    Monitor and assist in the credit risk management of the institutional loan portfolio:
    Ensure we are within covenants and limits with our risk management policy.

    Help develop and implement comprehensive credit risk strategies that enable continued growth of our institutional loan portfolio at the lowest possible risk of loss due to default.

    Identify and resolve gaps in current operational processes and policies to enable profitable growth.
    Work closely with Data Team to:
    Maintain credit risk policies and procedures that align with the organization's overall risk management framework.

    5 years experience in commercial credit underwriting, financial services, or banking.
    ~ Undergraduate degree, preferably in Commerce.
    ~ Experience with cryptocurrency credit is a plus.
    ~ Able to use data to identify problems, trends, and anomalies, as well as to make recommendations for new initiatives.
    ~ Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.
    ~ A creative and eager mindset, with a bias towards action and finding solutions.
    ~ Fluent in English.
