- Be instrumental from implementation to 'Go Live' and be an integral part of the DMS run out project.
- You will coach, train and develop the Aftersales or Accounts teams within the retail dealerships on the new DMS platform ready for 'Go Live'.
- Support the aftersales dealer team and be the 'product guru' throughout the project.
- Previous DMS/CRM understanding is vital.
- Previous training/coaching experience an advantage.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, with outstanding attention to detail.
- A proven background in improvement and problem-solving activities/projects.

About You:
