    Description
    Job Description Business Change Lead

    A Business Change Lead is required for this independent regional UK law firm is known for its highly effective solutions to clients' complex needs within selected markets which include the largest public and private sector organizations, alongside SMEs and high net worth individuals.

    This role will take ownership for leading change projects across the business, helping to build capability by working with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of new ways of working, systems, processes and technologies.

    Key Responsibilities of the Business Change Lead

    strong relationships at all levels of the business
    with senior stakeholders to help define the vision of change
    impact assessments to understand the effects of change on the business
    the implementation and delivery of change on projects
    that changes are successfully accepted and adopted by the business
    any issues and risks to adoption and help mitigate them
    an ambassador of the change management agenda across the business

    Key Skills and Requirements of the Business Change Lead

    will be experienced delivering change ideally within the legal or other professional services sector
    management qualifications are highly desirable
    IT skills with good understanding and experience of using MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    stakeholder management and relationship building skills
