    Are you a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity to drive the growth of a leading financial services brand? Investec is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in increasing interest, awareness, and uptake of our consumer savings products. This marketing role plays an integral part of driving the Investec savings business forward and is critical in supporting the growth strategy for the savings business, playing a leading role within the group funding teams' growth plans.

    What you will be doing

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the UK market to identify opportunities and define customer proposition enhancements aligned with the Group Funding strategy.
  • Lead the development and approval of the marketing roadmap for product propositions, from idea generation to successful launch and reporting.
  • Embed the customer view in all propositional development, ensuring potential customer detriment is assessed and mitigated.
  • Own and activate the client journey, ensuring it is integrated into product designs and digital servicing.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for client acquisition and retention, aligning with the Investec brand and value proposition.
  • Conduct timely product reviews and create action plans to maximize customer and business benefits.
  • Create, deliver, and optimize marketing activity to achieve campaign targets and allocated budget.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively, measuring the impact, ROI, and effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the communications team and external agency partners to develop compelling marketing communications.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative marketing solutions.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory standards.

    • What we are looking for

  • Extensive experience in commercial marketing within a direct-to-consumer environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through digital channels.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and partnership marketing to drive website traffic and acquire new clients.
  • History of negotiating successful partnerships to contribute to business growth.
  • Ability to develop marketing strategies while maintaining a passion for execution.
  • Broad experience in planning multi-channel marketing activities across product and marketing life cycles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse groups of colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive self-starter with a focus on delivering strategic objectives.

    • As part of our collaborative & agile culture, our working week is 4 days in the office and one day remote.
