    Job Description

    We are now searching for a Veeva Commercial Cloud Manager to join our IS/IT team. The IS/IT department is managed in-house and act as a strategic enabler for the implementation and support of business systems at Sobi. Make a difference for your colleagues As a Veeva Commercial Cloud Manager, you will be part of the Information System organization, responsible for the tools and solutions for the global Commercial and Medical organization. This position has high visibility across the company and interacts globally with affiliates, many departments at HQ and external partners. Sobi is a dynamic and growing company with a high pace of change. This requires well-functioning and up to date IT and business systems to support the high pace and Sobi's business strategies, and to ensure that we are fulfilling regulatory requirements applicable for the pharmaceutical industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    Your main areas of responsibility will be the work with our Document Management platform (Veeva Vault PromoMats) as part of our Veeva Commercial Cloud, used by our Commercial and Medical teams. You will both participate and lead new development projects and take care of day-to-day maintenance of the system. As Sobi is in an exciting growth phase, there will be good opportunities to influence and shape this role.

    Example of projects/areas to lead/support are:

    • Maintain the existing solution together with various business stakeholders
    • Develop and implement new functionality/modules/areas of the solution based on the business needs
    • Support the organization in day-to-day tasks and questions
    • Function as global system administrator of the Veeva PromoMats system
    • Perform system configurations
    • Create guides and manuals and conduct trainings to support the organization in adoption and use of the solutions

    Qualifications

    • Deep knowledge of Veeva PromoMats system – configuration and system administration
    • Knowledge of Veeva CLM and Veeva Approved Email configuration and functionality
    • Knowledge of CRM, Open Data process and Veeva Network application will be considered as a plus
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to convert complex business requirements into robust system solutions
    • University Education in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or similar knowledge
    • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
    • Pharmaceutical industry experience
