Our client, a dynamic and innovative company that's revolutionising the used car finance industry, is on the hunt for an Underwriting Manager to lead their team.
This role comes with a competitive salary which will depend on experience.You'll be working in a remote role however you will be required to visit their London office once a month (expenses will be paid) yYou'll be part of a company that values work-life balance, offering 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 after three years of service, plus bank holidays.
Setting clear performance objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluationsEnsuring underwriting processes align with the company's wider credit strategy and risk appetite
