As a Director of SEO & Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online visibility, optimizing our digital marketing strategies, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape.     Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company's SEO and digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, organic search rankings, and overall brand awareness.
    • Lead a team of SEO and marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve team goals.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze website performance, and provide recommendations for on-page and off-page optimization to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, and effectively apply them to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Monitor and analyze website analytics and SEO performance metrics, regularly reporting on key insights and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy, overseeing the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels.
    • Utilize social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and drive lead generation.
    • Explore and implement innovative marketing techniques, including influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, and other emerging trends, to expand our customer reach.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for optimizing the conversion funnel and improving customer acquisition and retention strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience (3 years) in SEO, digital marketing, and managing marketing campaigns, preferably in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and keyword research tools.
    • Expertise in utilizing various SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc., to analyze website performance and make data-driven decisions.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive organic traffic growth, improve search engine rankings, and increase brand visibility.
    • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
