    This position plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing the agency's SEO strategy, with specific emphasis on technical SEO and eCommerce.

    The ideal candidate will oversee a team of SEO specialists, collaborating to improve online visibility, increase traffic, and enhance conversions for prominent clients.

    - Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies, highlighting technical SEO and eCommerce.
    - Lead, guide, and motivate a team of SEO experts, fostering a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
    - Conduct thorough technical audits, offering actionable suggestions to enhance site structure, performance, and crawlability.

    - Work closely with various teams, including content, design, and development, to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into all digital projects.

    - Analyze and present SEO performance reports, providing insights and suggestions for ongoing enhancements.
    - Manage client interactions, delivering clear and impactful communication to showcase the value of SEO endeavors.

    Qualifications:
    - Established background as an SEO Director or in a senior SEO position.
    - Profound expertise in technical SEO.
    - Proficient with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
    - Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, recognize patterns, and make data-driven choices.
    - Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex SEO concepts to clients and stakeholders.
    - Strategic mindset with a dedication to staying at the forefront in the evolving SEO landscape.
