Your mission is to help us grow to the next level.
As a B2B content marketer, you'll be our go-to professional for content strategy, content writing (social, emails, articles, resources), and content optimisation (SEO, email subject lines, social # etc). We're bringing you on to drive the quality of our work forward and improve the end product we're offering to our clients.
By joining our team, you'll help us deliver a better experience and stronger service to our clients, and enable us to manage a larger client base, to continue our growth.

Accountabilities
Grow Revenue
You'll help us grow our revenue by a further £125K
We're not interested in someone who just wants to do a job - we want someone who will join the team effort in driving Wildtribe forward.
Delivery
You'll take ownership of content strategy, planning and delivery (copywriting) across a number of clients and on a multi-platform/style of writing approach.
Diligent, hardworking, good communicator, time management etc - these are the absolute minimum.
We're people who take things to the next level for our clients - you need the drive to do that.
Skills
B2B marketing - that means, you know what inbound marketing is and have delivered that relentlessly and can talk about strategies, what works, what doesn't until the cows come home.
We live and breathe inbound marketing, customer journeys, customer experience, UX/UI, tone of voice, brand strategy, content marketing, 'always on and campaign marketing'... You need to walk in and be on our level.
Experience
Renewable technology, aerospace, and tech - these are our specialist markets. If you know one or two of these well - that'll make a big difference.
We're well read, and we'd expect you to be too. You don't need to start as an expert on the sectors we work in, but we do expect you to go above and beyond to read market reports, potentially join at exhibitions, and events and learn the sectors, and our clients propositions within those markets well.
Tasks
Client calls, marketing strategy, content marketing (copywriting - resources, articles, emails, socials, ads) and marketing logistics.
We're a small team, we all get stuck in, yes we have our specialities from design, to copy, to digital, but in the B2B content marketer role, you'll be a linch-pin driving the written copy and content planning forward.
