    ServiceNow Consultant
    We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will collaborate closely with key project stakeholders to capture and translate business and user requirements into actionable solutions.

    Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with our Platform Support Team to ensure seamless development, testing, and delivery of requirements, aligning with project specifications and organizational goals.

    Represent the project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes


    • Manage the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
    • Translate the technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions
    • Develop and modify ServiceNow Workflows, UI Components etc.
    • Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor Health usage and overall compliance of the application
    • Manage and resolve 3rd level incidents against ServiceNow applications
    • Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation
    • Lead ServiceNow releases upgrade planning and execution
    • At least 5 years of IT support and service delivery experience
    • ServiceNow Foundations eLearning Course (six self-paced, online modules)
    • ServiceNow System Administration
    • ServiceNow Advanced System Administration
    • Knowledge of ITIL framework required
    • ITIL V3 certification strongly preferred

    The ideal candidate will be willing to travel internationally when necessary, collaborate globally with support teams, show a willingness to learn, and have a positive and flexible attitude.
