Description

Do you have previous experience within a sales environment?As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our companys growth by managing, motivating, and building a high-performing and successful SDR team.
Youll collaborate closely with the customer acquisition team lead, marketing team and wider sales team to achieve our revenue targets.
As the SDR Manager, you will motivate and support your team, be data and metrics driven to track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets, coach and develop, ensure that the SDRs are both utilising technology proficiently and using the latest sales technologies to optimise the generation of SQLs, create a hardworking but fun environment for the SDRs and think strategically about, lead generation, pipeline development and the long term vision for the SDR Team.
As a Sales Development Representativeyou will beresponsiblefor:
Create relentless prospecting focus within the Marketing, New Business and Account identified Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)Develop and implement ongoing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of SDRsProvide regular coaching to team members to improve their performance and achieve their goals and targets.
Work closely with the Customer Acquisition Team Lead to develop, document, and refine the SDR team's sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement in the lead generation and qualification processes and implement changes as needed.Ensure the SDRs are engaging in a timely manner with inbound leads who have already shown interest in our products or servicesFoster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages growth and success.
With the Customer Acquisition Team Lead, set performance expectations, track individual and team metrics, and provide regular feedback on prospecting focus area progress.
Work closely with the sales team to align SDR efforts with overall sales objectivesWork closely with the Customer Acquisition Team Lead to keep a consistent, talented SDR Team by recruiting and onboarding new SDRs, ensuring they are trained on company products, sales techniques, and processes.
Manage budget and resources effectively to maximise the impact of lead generation and incentive activities.Ensure that the SDRs are gathering insights from customer interactions to help refine and improve product offerings and or marketing messaging.
Key Skills & Experience:
