    Sales Support Coordinator(Account Manager)
    Permanent
    Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm, 1⁄2 hour lunch

    Salary:
    £28,000 + £2,900 annual bonus + great benefits

    Our client is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to provide reactive and proactive internal sales support to help external sales reps maintain existing business and generate new business.

    Experience as an account manager or sales administration will be ideal.

    The Sales Support Coordinator will be using the CRM software, dealing with customers and suppliers, obtaining quotes, and ensuring existing accounts are maintained with the highest level of customer service.

    Key responsibilities & duties for the

    Sales Support Coordinator:

    • Account management - maintain effective contact with colleagues and customers over the phone and via email and maintain & develop existing customer accounts.
    • Update CRM software and follow up correspondence.
    • Action customer service tasks, prioritise and follow through as necessary.
    • Contact inbound leads, and replying to phone calls, emails, and social media messages.
    • Database cleansing - ensuring all contacts, addresses, and email addresses are kept up-to-date and maintained.
    • Key experience and skills required from the

    Sales Support Coordinator:

    • Experience in a similar environment - dealing with colleagues, customers, suppliers and handling customer accounts.
    • Strong IT proficiency - comfortable with Microsoft Office.
