    Service Desk Manager - 50% remote workingWe are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join and develop a growing Service Desk for a large financial institution in the South East, UK.Permanent role offering an excellent salary package - £60-65,000 base + bonus (up to 30%) and benefits.

    50% remote working and 50% on site.


    Key duties of the role:
    Lead a growing team of Service Desk Professionals - currently a team of 8Responsible for 1st and 2nd line incidentsBe able to support the team in a hands on capacity when requiredClient stakeholder managementEscalation point for all issuesReporting - work closely with business leadersImprove team SLA's and MetricsKey experience required:Proven experience delivering a similar role for a similar sized enterprise - roughly 1400 usersPrevious experience leading teamsStrong technical skills - this role will be hands onExcellent client relationship and communication skillsProven experience reporting to business leadersExperienced with Service NowHighly proficient with Microsoft products
