    Description
    Job Description We're seeking an Alliance Director to drive collaborative initiatives and expand a network of strategic alliances.
    As Alliance Director, you'll cultivate and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and enhance market presence. You'll develop and execute alliance strategies to achieve mutual goals and create value for both parties.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Identify and prioritise potential alliance opportunities based on strategic alignment and market impact.
    Expert subject knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including technology vendors, service providers, and industry organisations.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
    Drive alignment and engagement across partner organisations to ensure successful execution of alliance initiatives.
    Monitor and evaluate alliance performance, making adjustments as needed to optimise outcomes and maximize ROI.

    Requirements:
    Proven track record of success in alliance management or business development roles, around the Salesforce ecosystem
    Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive results in a matrixed environment.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building and value creation.
