Description
As Working Groups Coordinator you are responsible for providing functional and administrational support to the Working Groups.

You organise meetings ensuring all requirements are met, respond to queries, maintain databases and administration for the Working Group Directors.

You receive instruction, guidance and direction from others whilst proactively supporting the Working Groups team.

About the Role- Document assurance checks on GSMA 'Member Gateway', our Office 365 based Member Portal- Virtual meeting management or onsite management if required.

- Assisting colleagues in follow up of activities arising from meetings- Managing the administration of Working Groups, procedures and documentation on the

  • GSMA's 'Member Gateway'.
  • Provide support to the Working Groups marketing team, Working Group Directors and Head of Working Groups.


About You- Experience working in a service-focused organisation- Be organised and systematic, able to follow set protocols- Be a good team player with flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously- Ability to build relationships across the organisation as a whole.

- Be proficient (intermediate level or above) in the use of collaborative document tools, specifically Microsoft Office 365- Be able to demonstrate good customer-facing skills, be cool and friendly under pressure, understand cultural diversity and tailor behaviour and communication style when dealing with people of different cultures
