- You are a hands-on data professional with marketing and sales-related experience. You have experience of business as usual data requests: data segmentation, data capture, lead generation reporting, marketing automation, and data compliance.
- You have very strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach. You can demonstrate combining problem solving and multi-tasking skills with the ability to understand, translate and deliver upon marketing data-related requirements, briefs and requests.
- You have a track record working with customer and marketing data (ideally in the Salesforce environment) with the desire to drive consistent improvement and efficiencies. Working as a team to share knowledge, multi-task and drive improvement is key to the success of the wider Marketing team.
- You have previous experience with (and are comfortable using):
- You are also naturally inquisitive and can understand how membership and event marketing work. You can pre-empt the needs of these but also have a record of delivering improvement that not only impact the marketing for these functions, but also the wider business.
- You can work across many business lines and teams, with internal stakeholders, other department and senior colleagues to deliver the right data/processes on time but also ensure that all work delivered can be translated to the right level for your audience.
