    Company:

    Join an industry-leading fit-out contractor in the International Division, specialising in commercial office fit-out projects across the EMEA region.

    We are currently seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee upcoming projects in multiple locations.


    Position Overview:

    We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a dynamic team within the International Division of an industry leading fit out contractor.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing commercial office fit-out projects up to £5m in various EMEA locations, current requirements include but not limited to Greece, France, Luxembourg, Malta and the UK.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and showcase your skills.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage onsite activities to ensure the successful delivery of commercial office fitout projects across the EMEA region.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Monitor project progress, quality of work, and address any issues that arise during construction.
    • Keep detailed records of site activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Site Manager working on Design & Build (D&B) projects up to £3 million.
    • Experience in overseeing commercial office fitout projects is highly desirable.
    • Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the EMEA region.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
    • Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
