Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.Duties:
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Provide personalized solutions to address customer concerns and inquiries effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
Salary:
From £24,188.72 per year
