Description
We are seeking a Customer Representative to join our team. As a Customer Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Duties:


  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
  • Provide personalized solutions to address customer concerns and inquiries effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills

Salary:
From £24,188.72 per year
