We are looking for a Hard Services M&E Site Lead with FM experience, to work at one of our prestigious blue-chip clients who are a global tech giant.

    The Hard Services Site Lead will be responsible for leading the technical services teams to deliver planned and reactive maintenance services across our client site.

    With collaborative teamwork with the soft services FM and project teams, you will aid the delivery of services on time.

    The M&E Site Lead will be responsible for SHE, quality and any other regulatory requirements which sits within this role along with the ability to manage client needs and expectations and drive energy and financial efficiencies across the site.

    Skills & ExperienceStrong Hard Services background, ideally experience in Electrical, HVAC or water services.
    Demonstrable experience as a Site Lead/ManagerAbility to use computers to intermediate level for word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook.

    IOSH or NEBOSH qualification or equivalent Full UK driver's licenseDynamic with great communication skills with all levels of the business.

    Degree or other qualification in engineering or building servicesWorking within the Facilities Management Industry with exposure to Soft servicesExperience in CMMS system.(5 hours per week but will need to be flexible to ensure service delivery at the highest level.
