    Description

    We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Coordinator** to join us at **Vistry Cotswolds**, based in our **Bishops Cleeve** office in **Cheltenham**. We are seeking a calm and driven individual to be part of our dynamic Customer Service team. Your main tasks will involve handling customer inquiries via phone or email, coordinating contractors to address any issues in their new homes.

    • Experience in a customer-facing role within a residential house builder
    • Familiarity with building regulations and legal obligations
