    Description
    An exciting position for an experienced procurement coordinator has arisen with our long-established manufacturing client based in Sittingbourne.

    They have grown from strength to strength and due to business demands are now recruiting for an experienced procurement adminsitrator to join them at their Sittingbourne office.

    5 Hrs per week ( Monday - Friday office hours)

    To plan, manage, and monitor, the inventory and processing of a range of projects for multiple customers in conjunction with the project Team and Account Manager.

    including QC plan, inbound shipping, and budget control.
    To prepare proposals for sending to the customer for commitment to produce inventory
    To create production orders on the system and schedule assembly and production as needed for the projects
    Liaising with customers, warehouse, and suppliers regarding inbound deliveries
    General customer services/ Account management duties and duties
    Previous procurement coordinator experience
    Computer literate with knowledge of Word and Excel
    Are you happy to travel on occasion to clients within the UK and abroad?
    Previous experience dealing with paperwork for import/exports
