Description
Working rotating shifts, days and afters

  • Operation of CNC / Manual machines (Turning and Milling)
  • To provide a service to production in respect of Repairing, Polishing, Measuring and Modification of mould equipment
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested within skill set.

KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fully trained in operation of CNC / Manual Lathes and Milling machines.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Online programming and editing essential (Fanuc & XYZ system)
  • Experience of CAD / CAM systems preferred.
  • Experience in bench fitting desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in Welding desirable but not essential.
  • Apprentice trained preferred but Qualified by experience considered.
years' experience ideal.

  • Fork truck licence beneficial.
