    Job Description We are seeking a Creative Strategist with a strong background in journalism to join our dynamic team


    In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting clickbait-y copy that captures attention and drives significant traffic to our clients' digital platforms.

    We love a creative mind that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in developing strategies that turn heads and stimulate clicks.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Writing Creative Briefs:
    Develop clear and comprehensive creative briefs that provide strategic direction for content development efforts.

    Content Strategy Development:

    Plan and execute content strategies that include crafting catchy headlines and engaging narratives to capture quick interest and sustain reader engagement.


    Copywriting:

    Create engaging ad copy aimed at maximizing clicks and conversions, using a deep understanding of market trends and audience preferences.


    SEO Optimization:

    Enhance content visibility and search engine ranking by optimizing headlines and text for SEO, focusing on high-performance in click-through rates.


    Social Media Engagement:

    Develop and implement content for social media that is designed to engage and sometimes employs clickbait tactics to boost visibility and interaction.


    Ad Text Creation:
    Write compelling ad texts for various digital platforms to maximize clicks and drive campaign success.

    Innovative Content Creation:

    Employ creative techniques to write clickbait content that stands out in crowded digital spaces, ensuring our clients' brands capture and retain public interest.


    Requirements:

    Creative Brief Writing:
    Proven experience in writing clear and comprehensive creative briefs.

    Proven Experience:

    At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising, content marketing, or journalism (online/print) with a portfolio that demonstrates success in developing engaging and attention-grabbing content strategies.


    Strategic Thinker:
    Ability to devise and implement content strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.

    Creativity and Innovation:
    Exceptional creative writing skills with the ability to produce original, engaging, and click-worthy content.

    Analytical Skills:
    Capacity to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on data insights.
