- Collaborate with SkyBridge Leadership to further refine the product vision, strategy and metrics, and define business and technical product requirements.
- Work with potential customers and internally to define product use cases, customer/user journeys, and derive the requirements to meet such use cases.
- Conduct customer and user research of various types in order deepen our understanding of product requirements and define industry-leading solutions which give us a competitive edge
- Form lasting, collaborative relationships with potential customers and other partners in the broader ecosystem
- Examine and track competitive solutions and develop metrics comparing product capabilities
- Collaborate with external partners and internal development teams to prototype and test product concepts, in the context of the overall programme timelines
- Create an outstanding, inclusive team environment where team members can develop and thrive
- 5+ years of experience in product or innovation management in a company developing physical products (not software only)
- Significant experience in primary customer/user research
- Experience developing or leading teams developing prototype physical products
- Experience in either aerospace or logistics
- Degree educated in vehicle design, engineering or a similar discipline
- High levels of drive, responsiveness, flexibility and creativity
- Combination of startup and large organisation experience
- Knowledge of standards and regulations applicable in aerospace
- Experience specifically in the emerging UAV cargo industry

We are currently in search of a Product & Innovation Manager. In this role you will serve as a bridge between customers/users and the engineering teams, ensuring that we develop industry-leading products which give our customers and thereby us a clear business advantage. You will work with internal and external partners to prototype and test product and system concepts, across the whole product ecosystem (not just the aircraft, but the physical and digital infrastructure which makes it work in reality). This is a hands-on role which needs a proactive and self-motivated individual to drive progress.
