    Hybrid 50% home/office based

    Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) has an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager to join our Outsourced Operations team.

    The Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing an existing relationship with one of our key accounts and work to grow this further.

    The primary focus of the role is to ensure effective monitoring, control and provision of Transfer Agency service supplied by one of the key accounts.

    Conduct regular reviews with the Transfer Agency and ensure they are reporting service levels and issues in line with RLAM's requirements for delivery and quality.

    Proven relationship management experience within a Transfer Agency or overseeing a Transfer Agency within an Asset Management company is essential.

    Stakeholder management experience with the ability to manage and set expectations, hold people to account to ensure outputs are delivered on time.

    Oversight, governance, and relationship management experience
    Knowledge and understanding of trade life cycle and investment management processes.
