- Provide individualized support and assistance to students with special educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers and other education professionals to create and implement effective learning plans
- Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and participate in classroom activities

- Utilize appropriate teaching techniques and resources to aid student learning
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary
- Previous experience working with students with special educational needs either in a school or care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students
- Knowledge of different learning styles and techniques

Creative Teachers are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN TA to join a school in Basingstoke. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with special needs and providing them with the necessary assistance to reach their full potential. This fulfilling role requires patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
