- Coordinate and oversee the export process for air freight shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all activities.
- Communicate with clients, airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to arrange transportation, obtain necessary documentation, and address any inquiries or issues that may arise.
- Prepare and process export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export licenses, in compliance with international trade regulations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate cargo pickup and delivery, liaising with warehouse personnel, trucking companies, and other service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Arrange for cargo consolidation, packaging, labeling, and other necessary services to prepare shipments for air transport.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information, documentation, and billing details, using electronic systems and databases.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays, disruptions, or discrepancies to minimize impact on delivery schedules.
- Provide support and assistance to clients throughout the export process, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, customs requirements, and best practices related to air export operations.
