    We are offering a broad and varied role within a challenging and rewarding environment and you will be part of lift and escalator modernisation projects.

    Reviewing of contractor's proposals and drawings
    Reviewing and commenting on Risk Assessments and Method Statements
    The management of projects – i.e. New Lift and Escalator Installation projects (new build or lift replacement)
    Account management and Lift Contract Management
    Witness testing
    Health and Safety site audits, Lift Maintenance Audits, Lift dilapidation audits and EN81-80 audits
    Traffic analysis and calculations
    FM, Maintenance and Compliance projects.
    Previous experience within either Lift Engineering Consultancy or Project Management.
    Be experienced in working on projects creating specifications that are required.

    The ability to work in and around Europe and afar, this is solely based upon the candidate's appetite to travel and most certainly not a prerequisite for the role, however, the opportunity is there.
