    This opportunity as a Client Manager is based in Bristol, with a hybrid remote working setup.

    The Client Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement for the Workforce Development Trust (WDT). In this position, reporting to a Client Director, you will collaborate with a Business Development team to maximize sales potential, create and execute business plans, expand both the Skills for Justice and Skills for Health presence, and support essential business development functions. Additionally, you will assist the Principal Client Director and Client Director in client management tasks such as client interaction, invoicing, and contract management.


    • Identify new product development opportunities.
    • Support in managing commercial procurement procedures.
    • Contribute to marketing activities' planning and execution.
    • Handle accounts and offer ad-hoc project management support for critical projects.
    Achieve set annual sales and revenue targets and meet key performance indicators.


    • Recognize emerging markets and industry changes, staying informed about competitors' new products/services.
    • Gather market and customer insights to aid in project and product planning.
    • Utilize your expertise in lead generation and marketing to secure contracts.
