    We're in search of a Client Manager to join a top agency in Bristol. Offering a base salary of up to £45,000 with fantastic perks. They need someone with prior experience in an agency setting, who knows the ins and outs of client management. This role isn't for those looking to step into this position without the necessary background; you must have a proven track record in a similar role, be highly organized, and driven.

    The responsibilities of a Client Manager include:

    • Building Client Relationships: Understanding clients' financial schedules, plans, organizational structures, and important dates; effectively communicate client successes to SEO strategists for retention and upselling.
    • Leading Delivery Teams: Coordinating teams to meet client requirements, inspiring them to meet client expectations, and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Monitoring Commercials: Keeping track of client contract renewals and their financial implications; predicting renewals, creating impactful campaigns, and providing performance reports to advocate for budget increases.
    • Project Management: Prioritizing tasks based on client value, managing expectations, and ensuring projects remain within scope without over-delivering.

    As a Marketing Manager, you'll receive:
